The deposit and service charge are required now to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The remainder is payment on arrival at the hotel. If you cancel any night, then the deposit for that night will be lost. Please note that any cancellations must be notified directly to the hotel at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the first night will be charged onto your credit card.

Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be processed a 10% charge only besides the advance paid at time of booking.

No shows will be charged first night charges.

It is right next to Khar railway station (west) and near downtown area; 4kms from J uhu Beach.

Please check whether you've booked a AC Room or a Non AC Room. The charges for An AC Room are only Rs.200 per day per person higher then a NON AC Room.especially the 3 Bed Room which is a Non Ac room with private bath/wc.

SHIFTING TO A PRIVATE ROOM IS Rs.300 per person/day extra.
