100% payments shall be charged in case of no show. Incase of cancellation with in 30 days before arrival date, full 100% payment payable to the lodging shall be charged. Incase of cancellation made more then 30 days before the arrival date then 50% payment payable to the lodging for the dates booked shall be charged. For extra person or for child above 3 years Rs. 1000/- per night for extra bedding shall be charged extra on the room rates.
One room is suitable for 2 persons only or with a child upto 3 years and in case for any extra person, additional room shall be required which shall be charged additional.
The process of making cancellation shall be same as making the reservations, we shall not accept cancellation by phone, fax, or email etc. |
