Our house is your home away from home. Located in the heart of the city. have balcony, 4 beded Dormitory & a/c rooms . clean & spacious rooms with no mosquitos. best place to relax & unwind your mind.

Excellent Hosts - Prems Homestay ... We visited Prems Homestay in the mid of Nov 2009. We were really surprised at the level of hospitality extended by Mr Prem and his daugthers. The food was excellent and the hosts were very friendly. They treated us like family members.

Dormitory room of 4 beds, balcony room, a/c & non a/c rooms are available. homely food, laundry service, internet facility, travel assistance, etc are facilitated on request.

Our house is located in the junction (njaliparambu jn) before santa cruz basilica. you can find a traffic circle in this junction.

Our hospitality was the main distinguishing quality what all our guests pointed out. come and feel the difference & carry in your mind an unforgettable holiday.
